3. A Basic headshot will be delivered, any retouch or modifications will result in additional charges

 

4. The client agrees to allow Nitro Media to use the headshot in its marketing materials and promotions

 

5. Nitro Media reserves the right to refuse any headshot request that does not meet its standards

6. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas & Bexar County
